Application Procedure

  1. Filing trademark application with INDECOPI: The application will be published for opposition after filing. And it takes about 4-6 months for INDECOPI to examine the trademark application.
  2. Granting: After Peru trademark application is approved, the application will be registered. The duration of trademark right in Peru is 10 years from registration and can be renewed subject to payment of renewal fee.
