“Copyright” refers to Moral rights and Property rights in a work after it is created. The wording “Work” refers to creation in field of literature, science, art or other academic fields, including literary works, musical works, dramatic works, choreographic works, artistic works, photographic works, graphic works, audiovisual works, sound recording works, architectural works, computer programs.
A:The Copyright law regulates “The work is under copyright protection the moment it is created”. Therefore, the author is entitled to copyright protection when the work is completed. Recordation is not a requirement to obtain copyright protection.
